An Administrator can create and maintain private workspace records. Sales users work with the Leads and Follow-up Calendar areas assigned to their role.

A saved Draft, acknowledgement, or configuration is not by itself evidence of public delivery, verification, or an external outcome.

Use the public Support page for the configured support contact. The Help Centre itself does not create a ticket, message, or account change.
